MELOPA music is a development proceeded along two paths: a more expensive drummy vibration that would eventually become base line, for use in harmonisation, and a cheaper vibration for use in frequencies arrangments, that would eventually become the abstract sound painting. The requirements stated that the sound track should have all wheel drive, at least two turnable axles, independent suspension as well as mobility and fording capabilities allowing it to operate alongside ambient musics. The whole music was also supposed to be amphibious designed despite the fact that the public wanted a fully roofed tempo with non binaural cetics protection system, but the cramped interior would be difficult to achieve and that the limitation of losses wasn't a priority of the music.
